The Pennsylvania online gambling market bill was passed and will open another East Coast state for online betting and gambling. The bill was passed by the PA Senate and House in October 2017, making Pennsylvania the fourth US state to legalize online gambling. Delaware Legal Gambling
Delaware, is a smaller East Coast state that is known to be one of the most liberal state when it comes to gambling law, it was the first state in the country to legalise online gambling.
